AMS Foundation respects the privacy rights of students, parents, educators, and partners.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access personal data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal obligations)

• Restrict processing of your data

• Object to certain types of data processing

• Request data portability (where applicable)

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

For minors, requests must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

FERPA Considerations

For participating schools in the United States, student data may be protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). AMS Foundation works with schools to ensure compliance with applicable student privacy laws.
