  • Support school partnerships

Retention Periods

We retain data:

  • Student competition records: Retained for reporting, recognition, and archival purposes unless deletion is requested.

  • Financial records: Retained as required by applicable law.

  • Membership records: Retained for active partnership duration and reasonable archival period.

  • Website analytics: Retained in aggregated format.

Secure Storage

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)

  • Restricted access controls

  • Secure hosting infrastructure

Data Deletion

Upon verified request and where legally permitted, personal data may be deleted or anonymized.
