Mario H. Ochoa is a seasoned international nonprofit executive and attorney with decades of leadership experience in global humanitarian and development organizations.

He previously served as Executive Vice President and Vice President for International Development at ADRA International, where he led large-scale international development initiatives across multiple continents.

Mr. Ochoa also served as President of the Board of Directors for Interchurch Medical Assistance (IMA), providing governance oversight and strategic direction for global health and medical outreach programs.

In addition to his executive leadership roles, he has contributed to academic development as an Adjunct Professor of Nonprofit Management at Andrews University, mentoring future leaders in nonprofit governance and organizational leadership.

His extensive experience in international development, governance, and nonprofit management brings invaluable strategic insight to the Board.

She ensures that financial reporting is not only accurate but actionable, with a strong command of accounting systems and general ledger oversight to support informed executive decision-making. She has extensive experience navigating complex multi-state sales tax nexus and exemption requirements—an essential capability for nonprofit organizations operating across jurisdictions.Balancing disciplined financial governance with empathetic relationship-building, she strengthens partnerships with donors, vendors, and community stakeholders while safeguarding organizational sustainability.Her expertise in fixed asset depreciation, capital budgeting, and operational controls supports sustainable resource management and responsible growth.
